OUR APPROACH
Designed by NHS clinicians
for NHS clinicians
001
Human-Centred Design
We work closely with NHS midwives and patients to understand the real challenges and barriers to scaling on-the-job training, before designing new approaches that can deliver quality training at scale.

002
Collaborative Iteration
We then rapidly prototype and iterate our designs with users, patients and other stakeholders, whilst helping clinical staff gain confidence using our technology. We then build out our final digital training solutions for delivery

003
Research Evaluation
Once 'live', we will continue to support NHS educators throughout implementation and begin to evaluate engagement and efficacy of the solutions through a robust, mixed methods research study
